The hotel is exceptional for its location in a peaceful part of the town, yet 200 metres from the collonade and 100 metres from the busy main street.
"Silva" is Latin for forest and is thus an appropriate name for this hotel, situated in the middle of the spring park, on the border of the deep Slavkov woods. The hotel looks back upon a long history, starting at the beginning of the 20th century. In 1999 the hotel was carefully renovated in Art Nouveau style. You can choose from traditionally and cosily furnished rooms and right in the hotel there is also a medical and a rehabilitation centre, led by the hotel physician. Problems with kidneys and the urinary tract, with the upper airways and the locomotor system are traditionally cured in Mariánské Lázne.
