The complex, which was opened in May 2005, was built on an area of 6 776 sq. m in the luxury district of Lozenets. It consists of three individual buildings with a total of 77 rooms, suites and apartments combine a multitude of functions and offer a maximum degree of atmosphere. Most rooms have large balconies and windows creating a sunny and cosy atmosphere. Additionally the hotel offers a business centre and a SPA & Wellness Centre with Sauna, Jacuzzi, Massage, Swimming-Pool, Gym etc.
The complex is located in the immediate vicinity of the first Japanese hospital - Tokuda Hospital. Near the hotel is also the Maleevi tennis club. The distance between Greenville and the International Airport of Sofia is 5 km and the city centre is only 3 km away.
